War requires resources. IDF is flying with full US support, They cannot maintain such sortie rates without US tanker support. Add to that AWACs, ECM and 24/7 intell. Every iranian TEL, SAM, AAA site is being downlinked to IDF jets by the US, while it maintains it isn't involved. UK and French jets have also be allegedly involved shooting down drones over Syria. That saves IDF missiles from being used up.

So no doubt IDF has he upper hand, but with the help of the best military powers and resources standing right behind them.
