Take a moment to just sit there, look at a tree and just observe it, don't let you brain do any more work than it needs to.
Just for 1 minuet look at that tree and observe.
watch how the leaves blow in the wind, look how the branches sway and are contorted.
Keep taking deep breaths, in through the nose out through the mouth.
If any chaotic thoughts come, don't be annoyed. recognise them, then cast them aside.
