Pakistan is not exactly irrelevant but close to irrelevant. In reality, the Arab world is dominated by 4 actors:
1) Iran
2) Saudi Arabia
3) Turkey
4) Pakistan (formerly a tie between Iraq and Syria)
They are by far the least important actor on this entire list, especially from a Western perspective.

More than anything though this just highlights what a disaster Israeli policy is. Back in the days Pakistan and India was same single country. During that time, USSR-Indian nuclear research and development was very tight, after Pakistan separated from India, many researchers that worked in USSR, left. It was basically a split, where some researchers ended up on Pakistan side, and some kept sitting in India. Eventually, both developed their own nukes, with the knowledge they accumulated.

Currently, if I recall correctly, Pakistan has, like, 9 or 10 actual fully finished/completed nukes (at least according to official reports/knowledge), while India has about 15-or-so. That's why they can't do shit with each-other, because it's all largely mirrored, an equilibrium, a parity. No one has a significant upper hand.
