Gnosticism means knowledge. Jesus literally calls the god of hte Pharisees evil. The God of the pharisees is metatron, who they call the prince of this world. Jesus claims that God made the devil the Prince of this world for a short period for Jesus plan right in the bible.

In the opening prologue of John we see Gnosticism taught:

Paul the Apostle explicitly says the fullness (pleroma) of the Godhead dwells bodily in Jesus (Colossians 2:9). The fullness descended on Jesus at his baptism making him the Christ and divinizing him.
