What are the absolute highest cost components that could plausibly be in an AR 15 kit like this:

The truth is, the real truth, that I built the most gucci ar 15 upper in existence and decided to downgrade to magpul furniture to look like pic related so no one wanted to steal it.
The problem is I just can't remember what parts I used exactly!

I also can't remember all the extremely expensive upgrades to the internals of my other guns. Can anyone help me remember?

the law says they have to serve me notice then let me hand over my guns, but they just skipped that part because they are terrified of me and the judges in this county don't give a FUCK about the law.
I got a lawyer but he was useless.
I feel like any lawyer is just going to take my money and not help me because they see this case is being rammed through with major corruption and they don't want to be targeted with retribution.

Get a lawyer anyway, there's plenty of people fresh out of law school that could be willing to take your case. Go to your local university libertarians' club. If drug dealers are getting their convictions quashed, I wouldn't know why yours couldn't be, when you haven't been convicted of a crime.

I called an absolute shitton of law offices and very few would even consider taking the case or get back to me.
I've called and emailed all the gun rights organization in my state repeatedly and they don't give a fuck.

That's an interesting idea, looking for fresh lawyers, but I'm not sure how to find them. And I will look into libertarian orgs rather than just gun rights orgs. Good advice

great idea, but I have zero faith any lawyer will do a good job no matter how much I pay them.
The one I hired seems to have sabotaged my case by not making certain objections, but on the other hand the judge was completely insane.

But appeals are expensive as fuck. The lower numbers I'm hearing are a $5-8k flat fee. And I have no faith in those lawyers.
This is hard decision to make for me, as I moved out of state so the red flag order doesn't have any force really, but also the police from my old state are stalking me and telling my neighbors about the order and basically saying I am a terrorist that could attack at any time.
I don't think they'll stop stalking me even if the order is ended and sealed.
And I have a family and we need to buy a house.
$5k is the minimum for a state appeal.
To appeal to the supreme court I'm guessing it's going to go up to at least $50k.

But this is all really beside the point. The country is irreversibly fucked and nothing but total collapse will make anything better.

Not sure what state you're in, but afaik, red flag laws only allow cops to "temporarily" confiscate your arms. They have to be returned to you within a certain amount of time. You can also specify a recipient for the guns (trusted friend/family) who can just immediately give you your guns back.
If they're demanding that they only return money, that sounds totally new and state-specific. You'll have to inform me on that.

Have the police already confiscated your firearms?
If not, you can give your guns to someone else. They can't red flag you if you don't have any guns.
Also, only the receiver is considered part of the firearm. Disassemble it and they can't confiscate the other parts.
