As a GENERAL rule, if something that is canned is in good condition, has not rusted or is leaking and the can is not swelled, then generally it is considered safe to eat regardless of the age of the can.
100+ year old canned goods from the failed Shackelton expedition to the South Pole were found in a shed and a can of beef was selected and opened, judged to be fine and fed to a cat. Cat was fine.

Some of the ingredients had an expiration date from 2018 on them.

Toilet paper is completely unnecessary. You can clean yourself with water and soap. If you're afraid of touching your own body, get a bidet. I'm sure there's a hand pump version if you want to prep for a post-electrified world. Otherwise you can get by with a small container of water.
Preppers like you are just targets for survivalists. You'll have the 300 rolls of toilet paper, along with a million other unnecessary things that extremists will be able to get a hold of and barter on the black market, after raping and killing or enslaving your family.

No fundamentals.
You take things that store for long periods of time, have decent energy density and then you form your meals around those fundamental ingredients.
Seal them with O2 absorbers and then put them in food grade 5 gallon buckets. it will keep for years in a cool dry environment like a basement.

The yellow Dial soap they use in hospitals is antibiotic. Don't use it for everything, but if you have to disinfect your hands or are cleaning up after taking a dump, then yes. Your skin needs certain bacteria and that Dial soap kills everything.
Have a couple 3 or 4 bars on hand with others to backstop it - I like plain Ivory soap - is recommended.
