Iran can hit Israel with missiles thus Iran could hit Israel with a missile launched nuke. Israel fears a nuclear armed Iran will use the nuke in response to Israeli aggression. Israel wants full control of the entire region and a nuclear armed Iran could help to keep Israel in check
