Don't buy a house now, wait for ten cents on a dollar when these narcissistic boomers are collectively shrieking in agony that their net worth is down from 9 million dollars to 1 million because zillow said their shitbox houses aren't worth 9000 years worth of minimum wage labor, they're only worth 50 years worth-of.

Rent with roomates, and save up for a down payment. You will hug my neck when we meet in the afterlife.

Wait for sixty million half braindead boomers shrieking in collective agony that their real estate positions mark to market, have shrunk by 95%.

Few of you remember 2008. Every decade or two, houses sell for 5 cents on the dollar. You save up, and you wait for that.

We are at the tippity top of the housing market. House prices are less affordable than in any place anywhere in the world ever, in the history of history.

The salaries are going to rocket, and the houses prices are going to crater.

Ffs anon, can you not see the turmoil in the world at them moment? Shit is getting spicy, let it play out, markets will probably crash and it's a domino effect, combine that with beaners getting deported and it os soon to be a buyers market, right now it's still a sellers market. If you find your dream home and you can afford it easily then go ahead but if it's just a whatever house and you'd have to strive to afford it then absolutely wait a year

I'm tired of living with my parents I hate not having my own space. Before you say "deal with it" I've been dealing with it for 4 years while working full time. My current plan is to get a house with extra bedrooms and rent them out to offset the cost of the mortgage.

Also you niggas have been predicting a housing crash for like 4 years now and it hasn't happened. There's no quantitative indication that housing is going to crash 2008-style.

All ownership is an illusion.

You only have what you can defend with extreme violence. The government supposedly does that for you. In the back of the mind you know if people break into your house, you can evict them, without you having to murder them with your own two feet.

That's why you need to pay property tax. It's that protection, and keeping track of who owns what, the whole system has an upkeep.

It's one of the most important roles of government.

It happens regularly anon, just because you only remember 2008 doesn't mean it's the only time it happened, it's a chronic bubble then burst for at least the past fifty years.
>Before you say "deal with it"
If it's that troublesome then just go rent a little something for a year, sure it's a waste of several thousand but you'll save hundreds of thousands if you buy in a down market.
>house with extra bedrooms and rent them out
Broooo, definitely go rent a room for the next year and see how much you fucking hate roommates, unless they're your best bros and even then there's a 50% chance you will fist fight them and never talk to them again after you stop living together.

Just a 43 year old's advice that has been through exactly what you're describing but take it or leave it. 2005 I was in the same boat, I was 24 years old making good money wanted a house but the prices were retarded high, I rented, 2008 crash happened, I bought a house near the lows, the house was near the water in Florida and covid happened and I sold for crazy profit and moved innawoods, haven't worked for almost four years now and have been turning my innawoods shack into a dream home.

That's because the money supply went up. When the government can't finance it's debt through the bond market and the federal reserve is forced to buy all the bonds, the price of everything, including houses, will skyrocket. If you're saving for a house make sure you're saving in inflation protected asset classes. Gold is my biggest bet, but Bitcoin, stocks, other commodities will go up as well. Stay away from bonds, the interest will not keep up with the real rate of inflation. If you own stocks, diversify into foreign companies as well.

Only if you have the cash for a big down payment or somehow the ability to pay it off very quickly. Prices wonโ€™t appreciate enough to overcome your total costs. Some people buying homes now will pay for their houses 2-3x over before theyโ€™re paid off. A mortgage is no longer an investment unironically.

>so why has it not happened
It should have already but like the other anon said, money printing, it devalues money and something like property has intrinsic value that rises with inflation and combine that with lots of companies like blackrock buying shit tons of homes expecting to be able to rent them at jew level profits, they buy the homes that come on the market immediately for cash when you and regular people need to talk to the bank, get the mortgage paperwork together, get an inspection, aaaaand it's already gine to blackrock or the ilk paying cash. The bigger the bubble, the bigger the burst, they can't keep this shit up forever and when one of these publicly traded companies (there are many of them) that has been buying thousands of homes to turn to rentals goes belly up, that's your buy signal, I'd wait for seeing many of these stories of these types of companies in the news, that's when to buy.
>legitimately believe house prices are going to drop by that much?
I'd bet everything I own on it and I think it will happen sooner than later, where wasting $15k+ a year on rent for a year or two will be well worth it to you. And another factor to consider is interest rates, when shtf in the housing market, rates drop. Interest is expensive as fuck, anon, they jew you into thinking 5%, well that's worth it on several hundred thousand, but that about doubles what you pay over thirty years vs the cost of the home.

No it was because they were low enough that the appreciation of the house would see you earn more money back and then some. Historically it was the best investment you could make on average. That changes when prices and rates go up because the appreciation canโ€™t offset the costs.

Until you are ready for a joint strike violence against these people all you are doing is shaking a tree branch with your hand to create a rushing of the wind. These shitheads will go out by nothing other than violence, and none of you are ready for that so the topic is completely idle as playing candy crush on your phone, nothing is achieve by talking about this. The Jews own the USA like a plantation owner owns its slaves. They paper hang your USD and use it to enrich non-Americans who make it their duty to harm Amerians, there's no apologizing for that, that is Treason and murder in the first degree happening within the whitehouse, congress, and banks, and if you're not up to activation on that, nothing can convince you. Again I say, all talk on this is completely idle.

>So... do I buy a house or not?
Bottom line: This planet is Bozrah, not Earth. Read this post...

============================
This planet is not Earth. It is Bozrah.

Earth is another planet about 75,000 light years from here, whereas this planet is merely an impostor planet that calls itself "Earth." Big difference. And trust me, I know how to count to 10 seconds, ACCURATELY. What used to be 10.00 seconds (for me) is now a whopping 15.00 seconds! If you don't believe me, see Matthew 24:22 and Revelation 8:12. For the natives, though, the speed of time here has always been the same.

If you are a Bozrah native, you are in serious trouble. The people of this planet must acknowledge that Bozrah is not Earth and that Jesus is coming to destroy it. Otherwise, don't expect God to save you.
============================

Note: The event in which Jesus destroys this planet is called "the day of vengeance." There is no 7-year Tribulation here.
