SU-24, SU-25, SU-27, MiG-31, MiG-35 are all out of print so to speak
the MiG-29, SU-30, SU-34, SU-35 and SU-57 are the only jets Russia is currently building
SU-35 is just a mod of the SU-27 i think.
If you use the SU-27 first flight date and ignore the SU-57 as barely existing then the newest jet fighter/multi-role Russia has in production had it's first flight in 1990

MIG-29 in 1977
SU-30 in 1989
SU-34 in 1990
SU-35 in 2008 unless you take the SU-27s 1988

Russians can, that's what they do 24/7 while intercepting drones from Ukraine. That's what small-range AD is for.
The AD Russia supplied to Iran is long-range to mid-range, so one missile interceptor costs about 1000 times more than a cheap drone. The interceptor is meant for targets like F-35, hence why Israel is terrified
