I don't know about that, but they are all over Mexico City. I was there on business, and took the metro several times. The first time I was on the train, an older man positioned himself behind me and it seemed like he was inadvertently bumbing his crotch against my butt with the motion of the train. But then it became more pronounced, even when the train car wasn't shaking. And then, I felt that he was erect and it was his penis bumping into me back there.
