This is really brutal and I’m inserted into this demographic of no teenage love incels, but at least I am sincere with my failure.

Without technology we need to impregnate a woman and wait the 9 month gestation period and then raise the child for 18 years before they are useful.
With technology we should be able to extract ALL of a womans eggs when she is at maximum fertility at age 13 and then load them into synthetic wombs and grow them like test tube babies using the carefully selected perfect gene-seed. By skipping the regular organic birthing process we can bypass a womans limit of 1-5 babies per birth, and instead do batches of test tube babies. Maybe in runs of 500 from one source mothers harvested eggs.

And in childhood development with the right drugs and hormones we can have them ready for war by age 12 probably.
