They didn't expect Trump to win a second time. Their true believes didn't, anyway. Now they are going all in on lying online to try to claw back some shreds of narrative control. Did you notice how they stopped spamming the Minnesota drama? That's because it's getting clearer and clearer that the Dems set up their own people who were working across the aisle too often for the spending bills to get passed. Talk about a narrative collapse. That's also what a dying political party looks like. When you have to resort to violence to keep your state level senators and representatives in line, you have already lost the moral authority in the eyes of your followers. It's also why every legislature and central bank pays at least one security force every year in the currency it issues from thin air.
