your sister having 10% dna from N population doesnt imply you also have 10%. It could be more or less...or 0%
say that 10% is from one of her X chromosomes and its on your fathers X lineage..then you dont have it. This is just an example but you dont have the same relative fractions of DNA as your siblings unless you are from the same ethnic background on both but in that case it wouldnt matter sides
