Because it was a professional assassination. You could probably get the addresses but then verifying they are actual main addresses and not a second home or something else like that as well as plan an entry and escape for every home, it does seem as though the hitlist/manifesto is a red herring and so were the nokings flyers. Vance died before anyone else did because he was the patsy. No way to verify he was the killer and no way to prove he wasnt. And he got away on foot? It just stinks too much.
