if they were actually doing something wartime related they wouldn't be visible through adsb, i have cargo planes from a major base the next state over doing low level training flights semi-frequently over my house (i can look up and see they're c-130s, c-17s, etc) and they almost always have their transponder mode encrypted (invisible to everyone that isnt mil, they don't show on these online trackers)
