As with anything else in current American culture, you must consider niggers. Do you want niggers flying 1-2 ton vehicles over your house? How about just hovering over white people's houses blaring rap until they inevitably crash into your house and then successfully sue you? Yeah, sounds like a fucking great idea.

Drones can't even be flown around town buy professional without a permit, who is going to use one outside of recreation in certain areas? Certainly not in a city.

It will be a long time, like minimum 50 years before we see flying cars.

you'll need a pilot's license
btw if you ever been depressed in your entire life, or shared any "extremist" views to your friends or family you won't be able to get one

Nice plane, would be a shame if something happened to it.

They are very impractical but also quite useful in niche use-cases. At best, an Uber Black in the air with limited locations. The reason is fixed-wing pilots will get an add-on to fly VTOLs. Suddenly you have tons of pilots willing to fly them without alienating themselves from the broader fixed-wing job market. I personally would not want to be sitting in one with a pilot just looking to get to 1500 hours via a VTOL.
