Turns out I'm mentally retarded on activities requiring focused attention, one of them scoring 91-109 iq and the other 101-119.
Then verbal comprehension was undoubtedly high IQ, 131-149.
Everything else was pretty average, 117-125.
Then I did an ADHD test and I scored to be very likely to have adhd.

wtf do I do with this knowledge?

You know the average for whites is 100, right?
Unless you don't have that information, it doesn't sound like you have a 120 IQ, I mean, you are pretty normal and there is literally nothing wrong with you.
>Then verbal comprehension was undoubtedly high IQ, 131-149.
The one I did maxed out at 140, so I don't know for sure my IQ, but verbal comprehension is my Aquiles heel, it was below average, so I'm pretty envious.

Your ability to concentrate is something that's dependent on training. You lose it if you don't use it, but it can be built and rebuilt as needed.
Lack of focus is caused by passively consuming content all the time and not doing anything very productive.
If you struggle with attention and focus, just choose to do something that requires focused attention every day.
Writing every day, playing an instrument every day, doing intellectual focused work, etc.

Nootropics
md5: 5644233aab09870787a247cb7acebd53🔍
>>507577580 (OP)
you could start taking peptides and or nootropics (not meme ones that are glorified vitamins) like Cerebrolysin, Semax, Dihexa, Isrib (make sure you dont have misfolded prions in you before doing this one, the covid spike protein had a prion like region and if you were infected or vaccinated you may have prion disease, there are cases of people getting Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease after getting the covid vax), Epobis, ARA 290, Neboglamine, Tak 653, and Tropisetron to improve your energy, memory, focus, creativity, motivation, mind clarity, and enhance your ability to understand problems. Microdosing LSD and other psychedelics can also bring some of those benefits. They also repair brain damage, including age related degradation, and increase reaction time + hand eye coordination.
You can take them intranasally as well to get more of it directly to your brain, which is especially beneficial for Cerebrolysin since the alternative is injecting it and the recommended dosing that way is 5ml a day which is a lot to inject.
-rupharma.com has cerebrolysin + semax, cosmicnootropic.com has semax
-Science.bio has Dihexa, isrib, and isrib a15
-pglchem.com and isrib.shop have isrib and isrib a15
-jennyschem.com has Ara 290 and Epobis but the 2nd peptide is not listed, you have to email them and ask about Epobis, I confirmed this with someone who bought it from there and posted pics of it + his experiences with it on r*ddit. Jennyschem also has much, much cheaper prices than the other companies here as they're the actual manufacturer of the substances they sell and not middlemen that buy raw peptides from China like all the others I've listed. Downside is the shipping takes longer since they're in China. If you're doubting the legitimacy of this company since they're in China, I recommend you look up reviews of them on r*ddit
-everychem.com has Tak 653, Tropisetron, and Neboglamine
Other good sources include peptidesciences.com, umbrellalabs.is, and amino asylum

Look into transcranial direct current stimulation. You can use this to increase or decrease activity in certain parts of the brain, and that can bring benefits like increased focus, memory, mathematical abilities, language learning abilities, creativity, and helping with depression. You can read more about tdcs on the tdcs subreddit
>A brain device that can increase learning by up to 40 percent has been revealed by scientists funded by the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA). While the device was originally tested on macaques, researchers said it could be a cheap and non-invasive way of "altering functional connectivity in humans" in the future.
>The device is a non-invasive cap that stimulates parts of the brain via electrical currents. It was developed by researchers at HRL Laboratories, California, McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and Soterix Medical in New York.
>In their experiments, the team performed "non-invasive transcranial direct current stimulation"—or tDCS—on a set of macaques. They stimulated the prefrontal cortex and got them to perform a task based on associative learning. In order to get a reward, they had to learn associations between a visual cue and a location. >The macaques would forage for the reward after getting the visual cue.
>The findings, published in the journal Current Biology, showed that macaques in the control group took 22 trials before they had learned to get the reward straight away. It took the tDCS group just 12 trials. The tDCS device accounted for a 40 percent increase in learning speed, the authors say.

You need to get your account approved by the owners of science.bio to purchase things on there, just say you are researching the effects of UV light on degradation of chemicals and look up a bunch of lab and safety equipment on google and say you have that in the approval form.
If you're interested in reading more about these substances I'd recommend the nootopics, peptides, and nootropics subreddits

Another substance you should look into is called Emeramide. From what I've read it's some revolutionary drug that crosses the blood brain barrier that is very good at removing heavy metals from your body and is apparently quite safe, I've read no other metal chelator comes close to it in terms of effectiveness. It was developed by an anti vaxxer to remove mercury from your body that came from vaccines, which I've also read never leaves your body and instead just goes to a different part of it and causes problems there. Removing mercury and other heavy metals that may be in your brain would bring mental benefits to you.
This site was listed by the person I heard about emeramide from on 4pol as a place that sells legit emeramide. I believe he also said 300mg a day is a good dose. You can find his posts by searching up emeramide in the 4plebs /pol/ archives

The peptides SS 31 and Mots C are exercise mimetics that heal your body and reverse kidney disease. They restore mitochondria function and create more mitochondria. You can read reviews of them on reddit, lots of people say it gives them energy. Most people underdose them though, the clinical studies use around 40mg a day for both of them. Recommended cycle length I've seen is 60 days. Its recommended to take them alongside supplements like TMG, NMN or NR, and some others. Just go ask ChatGPT what are some things to take alongside SS31 and Mots C and it'll give you recommendations. Theres also many other peptides like Ara 290, BPC 157, TB500 and TB400, GHK Cu, and Thymosin Alpha 1 that can heal your body and brain
Here's the vid on the SS31 and Mots C reversing kidney disease. Maybe they could also reverse things like heart disease, vascular disease, and eye problems since damaged mitochondria are heavily implicated in the cause of those things. Could also male you smarter as damaged mitochondria can make you dumber
https://youtu.be/rZRzUWb8UrM

Here's some vetted vendors that sell the above peptides, these are the cheapest prices I've found for them

When I was 2 years old, I just started collapsing for no reason according to my parents. Because of that, they ran tests on my brain or some shit. Nothing was wrong but the doctor stated on the papers that I have a high probability of having low IQ (I was 2 years old and I could not do IQ tests or whatever). My parents hid the test results and doctor's notes but I found the papers in my dad's briefcase that was open one day. You think 109 IQ is low? I am the true RETARD NIGGA.

Boomer, I would beat the lead poisoning out of you.

It is over-diagnosed and lazy turds try to lean on that diagnose, but it is very much real.
ADHD brains are different because its a more primordial type of brain suited for hunting/gathering and todays' gay society makes it very problematic to exist with one.

Example being the ADHD brain knowing what to do in a bear attack right away, but conceptualizing making downpayments for a (((loan))) is harder than expected.
