Unironically, if you want to solve this issue, a soft military draft would be the best solution.

All men ages 18 to 35 will be forced to do mandatory exercise, diet, and learning how to hunt, cook, and shoot. Teach them some mild combat training. No internet, no video games or other toys. Just pure nature.
