If you don't like linux just don't use it lmao. It has been working for me for over a decade now. I use it for work, at work, at home and I save time compared to fucking around in windows. Almost all the games that I do play all work through proton and wine and for those that don't, a virtual machine with windows XP works (they're all very old games).

How could Microsoft fuck this up so badly that even my mom was asking about Linux the other day. I made a switch from Microjeet to Linux not too long ago on my computer. Honestly I do like it in many ways because I don't have to deal with the forced updates during critical workstation times on my computer where I am running a program for 1 week continuously. Any machine that doesn't run the usual OneDrive/CoPilot/Cortana/Ads/Weather/News/broken settings/Palantir Recall is just fundamentally better at this point. There's too much bloatware on Windows and it's just getting consistently worse over time.

Old windows with patched modern securities would still be superior to this retarded slop today.
