Why does my country hate me so much?
I'm just a normal White man, I never owned slaves or colonized anyone
Yet I'm told to constantly be ashamed of my past
Jobs turn me away openly for my race and gender, too

I just want to be normal, we didn't deserve this...

Northern Europe countries have higer living standards and are looked up to by the rest of us. I've literally never met anyone that would hate a Norwegian

That's true in every 1st world country. Its a result of stupid marketing and d&c policies to get people to accept lower standards. You must resist whatever the mainstream media and social networks may tell you, because they just amplify negative content. Disaster and scandal sells papers and clicks. They're monetizing your engagement as well as your anger or sadness to get you to consume more.
Psychological humiliation is a small price compared to what most of the world has to endure for far inferior standards of living. You can likely either tune it out or simply overcome it to the point where it doesnt bother you or impede your success
