Djbouti has an amazing location, and is a beautiful country with a beautiful coastline. Also a small population, which makes it more managable. Also a relatively low fertility rate (2.7), meaning population growth will be managable.
If I was to consult Djbouti, I'd say that it needs to bring in French and Gulf investment to become the Singapore of the Red Sea. Also invest in tourism on the coast and even in the red desert which is very unique and beautiful.
If Djbouti can also become industrialized, it has a perfect position on the world's largest trade routes to export its goods.
Djbouti has a very good situation in my opinion. It is so lucky for all it's foreign capital coming in. That is not a luxury most African countries have.
