There are global institutions that represent every Jew on earth, to which every Jew on earth belongs, based purely on their race. This is similar to how Hitler didn't see himself as the leader of Germany the land, he saw himself as the leader of Germany the people, regardless of where in the world those Germans lived. Germans living the Poland, Czechia etc were Hitler's responsibility, and thus he had a duty to interfere in those countries. Consequently Germans living in those countries become liabilities to their host populations. Jews are basically identical to this today. There is a massive global network of Jewish organizations that represents all members of the Jewish race everywhere on Earth, and in order to fulfill their duties they must subvert and interfere with any country that has a Jewish population. Consequently having a Jewish population comes to be seen as a liability just like how having Germans in your country was a liability during the Hitler era.
