Would they even use them? If they really wanted to destroy Israel with nukes why haven't they bothere to declare full war on Israel with it population and just hey ho it across the desert? If they really wanted to nuke israel they know they'd be nuked back so it's kinda pointless.

Its a question of detterence. Israel's win condition, which they are actively working towards right now, is to destabilize and demilitarize Iran, topple the Iranian regime, and keep iran in a permanent fractured failed state ruled over by puppets and warlords. If iran aquire nukes, then Israel's calculus changes because israel would fear a failed state iran losing control of its arsenal and rogue groups then deploying them against Israel in revenge strikes.
