sinking the nimitz would be weak as fuck in current year and would garner no real support from the general population
if they're going to go the terrorist attack route it would have to be large scale and in multiple cities in order to actually scare people
killing politicians won't work either unless they do something insane like blow up the capitol building and half of congress, killing Trump would be an interesting road to go down but too unpredictable imo
