The weirdest thing is the video of members of the crowd jumping, shouting, pointing, and screaming that there was a man on the roof with a gun and secret service didn't react.

That to me is the strangest part of the whole story, for about 7 minutes Secret Service did NOT respond to the pleas from the crowd who witnessed the man climb up on top of the roof.
