Israel is closely allied to the USA because so many American billionaires live in Israel. Israel is allied with the USA because our companies are inherently tied with many israeli billionaires. I think that israel uses this status to take advantage of the USA, but in the end, American corporations are the strong arm of America, our corporations are our biggest asset. And if Israel falls, it will put our economy on dire straits, compared to China at least. Not saying Israel isn't bad, just saying you have to look at the bigger picture, the pros and cons
