Americans are already doing the job by paying higher taxes and tariffs and shit like that. Of course most of them still believe countries pays them, but that tax money goes into the war machine and then they are doing the dirty work once again. Being an american basically mean doing all the shit work for all the others at the expense of long work hours and shit pay with zero benifits.
No point for them to think about a great US and roads and infrastrucutre and less crime and a better future. Their gov will always fuck up everything for them.

Unfair as hell, and not something they deserve. If I were president over there I would have given them what they actually pay for and not the other way around. But I guess it does not matter regardless. Probably a shitload of dudes in suits walking up to the president after election and tells him how shit is really going to be.
