First, china may support Iran militarily. Second, since Russia is now dependant on China, because of western sanctions, Russia has no choice but to play a part in it, at least a passive one providing passage. EU could drop sanctions on Russia, and as kiked out as they are, they'd take it. The big question is how do you sell it to the euro NPCs who have been completely cooked for 3 years to hate russia?
