It's pretty simple actually, just find ways to empower most guys, or "average guys". Women despise most guys and see them as drones who are there to keep the lights on and serve them. Give those guys opportunities and don't shit on them all the time, and women will get upset about that.

Sure, in the sense that they don't value those guys, they don't respect them or see them as sexual prospects, but if you have paid attention in the past 10+ years, women couldn't help but express their venom for those guys when it was socially acceptable to do so.
