>>507730349But you are assuming we as humans have the innate capability to perceive more than our conscious allows us, and not that your conscious was tampered with.
Like, the "spiritual" experience you talk about could just as well be a modification of the conscious instead of a breaking through the prison type of insight.
Why do you assume that the answers to the universe were already available to you, only limited by your conscious ability to perceive them?
And you also realize that feeling that something is true doesn't make it true, and that your belief in what you realized during your trip may not be your belief but one that is strongly reinforced by the chemical as well? Like the chemical that makes you believe it is true is also making you think that your thoughts regarding it are yours? Etc. etc.
It is just too hard to believe. Now you've seen the truth and what? Your still an animal in a materialistic world. Can you walk on water or something? But yeah, now we're talking about the value of truth.
Let me tell you this about myself: I couldn't trip on drugs like you did and get to the conclusions you reached, I would feel like I did something wrong because that is what my upbringing/faith in God/society made me believe. I'm already inclined towards a bad trip unless I get rid of those deep seated beliefs, but if I could just 1-2-click change my subconscious, I wouldn't bother tripping anyway, I would just enjoy self-inflicted true peace. Do you get anything I'm writing here? Or will you just respond to a part? Or not at all, Mr. Truthseeker.
