At this point the US and other similar places would unironically have to violate human rights by rounding up and capturing draft able bodied people up, some real human trafficking level shit. If they didnt, the nothing to lose zoomers and other (rightfully) angry people would commit jihad within the ranks, you wouldn't even be able to train them or communicate with them.

Maybe some true anti-conflict people would accept their fate, but some (a lot if I had to guess) for sure wouldn't, and stuff like that is how any good movement starts.
