By fully indulging in their impulsive hedonism, women abandoned their duty to civilize men and instead reward uncivilized men with access to their sex holes. The only way out of this death spiral is for women to voluntarily submit to male control and stop letting uncivilized males access their sex holes. In so doing they will reclaim their civilizing influence over men. Men cannot force women to submit. Women have to submit themselves willingly. It's the only way out.
So whether you call it women's fault or not is debatable, but it is unquestionably women's responsibility.
