The report isn't credible. One sided reports of "Russian drone attacks" targeting Ukrainian civilians aren't credible because
1. Kiev openly hates Ukrainian civilians
2. Washington Post, AP, and Reuters all refuse to get the Russian side of the story
It is highly likely that Kiev is murdering Ukrainian civilians and blaming the Kremlin. It is highly likely that Zelenskyy is murdering Ukrainian civilians and using Ukrainian children to conduct an ongoing criminal operation involving cocaine trafficking and child sex slave trafficking, bribery, extortion, and blackmail.
