>walkman
>not walking
funny how if there was anything that might have sent us on the trajectory towards legitimate walkable cities it would have been a product called the fucking walkman. unfortunately whatever the walkman may have done for society was destroyed by the big retarded fragile CD which negated walking, which ushered in the mp3, which gave way to the smartphone, which spoiled not only the future generations but also the previous ones who were equally sucked up into the vortex of social media.

recording from radio, or CDs later, and making a tape for a (girl)friend
putting the stickers on them, organizing them neatly in tape racks
always a good birthday gift to receive

So with the Ford probes, or cars back then in general, it was the same thing as fixing your lawnmower and you'd have to nigger rig the fuck out of them. I bought a push switch from radioshack to get that fucker to start because it was about 50 cents vs a new sterring column.

Non genX bros wouldn't get it. Also duck hunt sux.

The '80's was full of hope for the future.
They pictured mankind expanding out into the cosmos and evolving into super intelligent beings.

They had such high hopes for us.
