1. Leave the country.
2. If you can't leave (you can), game the system. If college students or certain jobs are exempt, do that at any cost.
3. If you are drafted, avoid law enforcement and stay in your home as much as possible unless you hear reports of police going door-to-door (unlikely). In that case, change residence without a paper trail (move in with family, friends).
4. If you are actually hauled in, become a conscientious objector. You might be imprisoned, but that is potentially preferable to combat.
5. If you choose to accept being drafted, keep your cards close. Do not try hard at fitness, shooting, hand-to-hand combat, etc.. Do excel at tasks you know might put you in a safe area.
Assume anyone shaming you wants you to die overseas, and treat their opinion accordingly.

* explain why you think both sides in this particular war are wrong for engaging in the war

Explain how you object to all war and you don't consent to being trained to become a soldier for a war you refuse to fight in.

* Get citizenship or permanent residence in a country that has a non-extradition treaty with the US. This can take months and involves a ton of paperwork in most cases.
