they are designed with stand bunker busters, but US has developed new bunker busters to get even deeper. The only thing that will save those underground complexes are air defenses (B2s need to get close to drop the bomb) and the entrance is far from the actual underground complex part, like miles from the entrance so the bombs miss the important part.
