Abortion legality should be tied to scientific possibility to grow the child outside of the mother. The moment you can reasonably take it outside into some incubator - it becomes a human, not a parasite. And the better the science gets about it the earlier you can do it, thus the laws should reflect that.
And everyone will be happy - if you want to abort before - feel free to, if after - doctors would suggest to take it out instead.
