Basically this woman was 9 weeks pregnant when she was declared brain dead due to a stroke or some shit. The hospital kept her on life support against her family’s wishes until the baby could be delivered via c-section (happened today). He is expected to survive and so naturally lib bitches are very mad that he wasn’t aborted and /pol/ will be mad because the baby is black but in general I don’t think the doctors did the wrong thing here. They granted the baby personhood and that’s really what these women are upset about.

Can't imagine what her body looked like at the end, keeping the decaying body going. The endless medication to slow the rot. The obscene amount of machines to keep the body functioning, like some incubation vessel. The brain was dead, there was nothing truly regulating the fetal growth. No hormones to trigger the proper processes. If that baby survives it'll probably have a lifetime of endless health and mental issues. A woman's corpse forced to artificially grow a clump of cells, which should've died with her.

And even if the kid does survive, and somehow avoids the worst health consequences, they're going to be raised by a family that had an ungodly amount of medical debt foisted on them by the state that they will probably never get out from under.
