Those people you're talking about aren't anywhere near as numerous as you make it sound. The majority of people in Europe have a negative view of American wars in the Middle East, such as being overwhelmingly opposed to Bush's foreign policy in the 00s as an example. In some countries this is more than others but in liberal Western European countries this is the normal opinion for the average normie.
If you supported interventionist wars in the Middle East from then or now you are by far a minority position holder. It is extremely unpopular to do so.
What you're talking about with Soros is him funding various movements which are problematic for their respective regimes (pussy riot in Russia, anti Bibi protests in Israel, etc) but they're not all aligned to the same cause outside of that.
When you're funding subversion you don't care if it's one ideology or another, just as long as it's subversive. Which is why the West funds ultra nationalist Russian opposition for example, which is far to the right of Putin.
