Well if there was a reaction it'd be in the reactor. But if not it would probably be in processing facilities deep underground.

Who knows if those were ever hit, a bunker buster might not even be obvious from the surface. Just a 12-18" hole too small to see on the imagery. And the material would presumably be buried in the same way it was before, in that case. Even more securely.
