Working holiday visa is an agreement some countries have to allow under 30's to stay for extended periods in each others country. You can work or just holiday (you are not meant to attend education but you can do it just don't mention it) You really don't need to buy a home if you are staying for a short time. I'd recomend a trial period first just use airbnb to find long stay accomidation that is what i did in Thailand. As for continously coming to the country maybe you might get questioned if you do it too much. You can legally stay 6 months a year on tourist stamps so they can't ban you unless you go over that limit.
