When Jesus spoke to a politician this is what he said:

This is Jesus and God's attitude towards his followers living in the world back then and today.

The only difference is that we do not recognize an active evil force like Satan. Evil is seen as something which originates from man's attempt to change natural order or the free will of others. Zhuanzi and Lao Tzu existed prior to Jesus Christ's teachings to his disciples, so perhaps they were missing pieces of the puzzle.

The Bible teaches that humanity was not created to rule itself. God allowed the world to fall apart to prove that. However, that arrangement is only temporary. In time, Jehovah will remove Satan and all disobedient mankind and bring back the paradise Adam and Eve forsook.
