It seems the NUKE is the ONLY way Iran can save themselves at this point, but whats the best way to use it?

Doesn't resolve the international half of the jewery problem, who will say that 'oh next it could be Brussels or New York City or Amsterdam' and again the US military along with NATO and potentially other countries jump in to preemptively keep their cities (aka hives of degeneracy and economic centers) from being nuked. Also there's a risk the Iranian nuke-tipped missile gets shot down and then what do you do?

Nukes are either for deterrence or as a last resort. If Iran is already at war then deterrence doesn't work properly anymore but would only escalate things even more. If Iran has a nuke they should only use it if the convential war is close to being lost, meaning if US troops are invading and winning battles and march on Theran and it looks like they can take it. And letting the americans and jews know that Iran will accept a losing peace but not a total annihilation (or use their nuke last resort).
That's the most rational nuke strategy for Iran at the moment and for Israel too btw. Just fight a gentlemanly conventional war but not to the bitter end.
