Boeing e-4b (doomsday plane) flew from shrieveport LA to Washington DC a few hours ago. After it landed it turned its transponder off. I’m guessing that the president is on that plane in the air and that the White House going dark is symbolic.
Can confirm. Was in the Skyking thread. They broadcasted over all major military shortwave frequencies as the plain was landing before going silent for the last hour and a half, save for some (extremely) clear encrypted messages over 11175, which happened roughly 20ish minutes ago, which would have been around the time the White House lights went off.
