If Israel had complete air superiority, there would be great psychological benefit for them to fly over Tehran.
If Tehranese people were seeing Israeli jets flying around, we'd have seen the videos by now.
The fact we haven't seen any such videos strongly suggests Israel is lying. But that should surprise no one, since this is war.
