It's not that easy. GBU is a bomb that needs to be dropped relatively near the target, not a missile that you fire from 1000 miles away in total safety.
Obviously this is extremely dangerous for the B-2, it's a very big, slow target and not anywhere near as stealthy as you might think. Sending these things into iranian airspace would be a huge gamble with extremely embarrassing consequences if the strike didn't succeed, the bombers were shot down, or both.
