The key thing everyone is sleeping on is OPT (specifically the masters in America) is uncapped. It's not even China at this point - 3x more jeets run into the US than THE WHOLE WORLD PUT TOGETHER. If jeets were banned from H1Bs, it would actually be undersubscribed
