He is a real nice guy and very smart but holy shit he is hard to work with on account of you have no idea what he is saying or how much he understands of what you say. It's probably safer for everyone. I remember a few years back there was an accident in Colorado where an illegal who didn't speak or read English and his trucks break failed and instead of using the emergency truck ramp he just maneuvered it until he hit traffic and killed a bunch of people

Let's be honest, Hispanics are pandered to and have the easiest life compared to other immigrants. We literally cater to Spanish speakers with TV channels and Spanish translates on phone calls that we never do to immigrants who speak other languages. This is why some African from a French speaking nation speaks English here because he is forced to because we don't cater to French speakers at all.
