we are working on making it easy to deport immigrants with lack of integration, but it's not some mass-outflow like the guy is talking about.

Sweden doesn't have a lot of capacity and isn't a very attractive place to live in.
High taxes, too cold for migrants and it's pretty ugly.

Also, it sounds like it's all coming at the expense of their legal immigration system because their immigration system is absolute dogshit. You could have a PH.D from a first world country, have a high income and a skilled job but they wouldn't even process your request. If you want to stay in Sweden there's a way that you can abuse it instead to force them to let you stay regardless of whether they accept or reject you.
So it's still fucked.
There's a real chance that a lot of the people leaving the country are Swedish people considering they can go anywhere else in the EU and otherwise they have English skills nowadays. I dunno. I don't know much about Swedish politics but I do have limited experience with their immigration system and living there.
