Apps are definitely going bust. No one has a good experience anymore and the prevailing wisdom is that you should be trying to meet people in person again because the app doesn’t make money off of a match - it only makes money before you get a match. I’m 37, have never installed a dating app, and have about 5 women in the area I am seeing in some capacity. None of them are on apps anymore. One of them showed me what their dating app inbox was like and yeah - can’t say I’d want to spend time talking to those “people” either.
